As you drive down the gravel road and pass through the gates, the scenery turns to rolling fields dotted with serene ponds and edged with trees. Our distinct venue is perfect for hosting every size wedding—from 30-200. The green fields, tree-lined landscape, scenic lakes and ponds make ideal photo backdrops.
We are located in Hardeman County only 30 minutes south of Jackson and one hour east of Memphis but it feels like a world away.

The Sale Barn nestled along a line of trees and as adjacent to a small pond. The barn features the Historic Tool Museum, a mezzanine area with suite and private bath, restaurant-quality catering kitchen, and plenty of space for tables as well as a band and room for a dance floor.
Your wedding ceremony can be held on the lawn or in the air-conditioned barn. The barn accommodates up to 200 guests. Tables and chairs can be included in the wedding package.
We have several on-site lodging choices for wedding parties with options ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. Overnight guests can take advantage of the many hiking and biking trails, kayak on the ponds, or enjoy other outdoor activities.

Our Event Specialist will make arrangements with you to tour the farm and our venue and will provide you with information on our amenities, catering, and other essentials. They will serve as your contact for questions regarding the farm and the policies.

Lone Oaks Farm is administered by UT Extension, a unit of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture (UTIA). UT Extension has offices in every county in Tennessee and provides educational programming in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Community Economic Development. UTIA is one of the five campuses with the University of Tennessee system and is comprised of UT Extension, AgResearch, College of Veterinary Medicine, and College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.
